How do credits work?

1 credit = 1 event served, no matter how many markets, books, or props ride on that event in the response. Empty responses and 304 Not Modified cost nothing, and reference endpoints (leagues, teams, players, markets) are always free. Historical endpoints cost 5 credits per event; a snapshot pull costs 1 credit.
